Data Deletion Instructions

If you no longer wish to use the Ofoodiez Instagram Automation service and want your data completely removed from our systems, you can follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Automatically via Facebook (Recommended)

You can automatically revoke our access and notify our servers to delete your data using your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Business Integrations.
  3. Find the Ofoodiez app in the list and click Remove.
  4. This will instantly revoke our access to your Instagram account. Meta will automatically notify our servers via our Data Deletion Callback URL, and our system will delete all your access tokens and stored automation rules.

Option 2: Contact Us

You can also request manual data deletion by contacting our support team.

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your Instagram username so we can locate your account.
  3. We will completely purge your data from our database within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.
